Rehbr's approach to supply chain management was shaped on the ground, not in a boardroom — and that shows in how deliberately simple our operating model still is. We began as a single workshop and a straightforward promise: keep the goods moving, and keep the books honest.
That promise hasn't changed as the company has grown — it's simply been applied to more service lines, more routes and more clients. What started as a modest general-supply operation has since expanded into one coordinated chain spanning electronics, engineering equipment, tools, construction materials, general goods and vehicles, all managed under the same accountable team and the same documentation standard.
Headquartered in Rawalpindi, with a workshop network across Gilgit's northern corridor, we plan procurement centrally while keeping servicing, storage and dispatch close to the terrain our clients actually operate in — chasing throughput and reliability, not trends.
